Tamar Braxton’s new single “Modified” has secured a spot on Billboard’s R&B Digital Track Gross sales chart in its opening week.
The track, which interpolates SWV’s hit “Rain,” debuts at No. 15 on the R&B Digital Track Gross sales record. Based on Billboard, the chart displays “the week’s hottest downloaded songs, ranked by gross sales information as compiled by Luminate.”
Braxton launched “Modified” independently on her birthday (March 17) by way of Tamar Braxton Productions/Platform Information. It stormed the iTunes R&B songs chart, peaking at No. 3.

“Modified” is Braxton’s first correct single launch since her 2017 album, Bluebird of Happiness, which debuted at No. 4 on Billboard’s High R&B Albums chart and No. 14 on the Billboard 200.
