Final summer time, Keanu Reeves’ onetime band Dogstar launched an Instagram account and posted an announcement: “We’re again.” Since then, the band’s posted images and video from rehearsals and personal reunion exhibits. Only a few days in the past, Dogstar introduced plans to “roll out some new music this summer time, adopted by gigs.” Effectively, it seems Dogstar’s first main reunion present is underway and occurring Could 27 at Bottlerock Napa. (The fest will happen over the weekend of Could 26-28.)
“New Addition to BottleRock 2023!,” the fest introduced on Twitter. “Dogstar that includes Bret Domrose, Rob Mailhouse, and Keanu Reeves will likely be performing model new songs. Catch their first main efficiency in many years on Saturday, Could twenty seventh.” Certainly, this will likely be Dogstar’s first reside, public efficiency in 20 years.
